Some dealers will fit them by request, a family friend did it with a new C class because she liked using the hood ornament as a crosshairs for parking (I don't know why either).

Pretty sure my choice is obvious. Burn the other two. Although I do like the cayenne, aside from its fishy face. But the bimmer needs to die a horrible fiery death so that it can't even come back in parts to be fitted to wrecked vehicles that some dumbass is trying to turn into a "clone". I would almost (but not quite) rather own a prius than an x6, m or not.
